LINDA'S SON, 13
The judicial
system in Texas ruined my child's life. My child was over at a friend's
house, at the time he was 13 yrs old, watching another 13 yr old boy
and his 10 year old female cousin bumping each other fully dressed. My
child was charged with sexual assault as well as the other boy, because
he did not tell the girl's mother what was happening. The court
appointed attorney told us at the time he thought it was worse than
doing the crime and my son spent 8 yrs being called a sex offender. He
graduated from high school and still could not find a job because of
that unecessary label.
